Account Specialists Client Services - Customer Behaviour Analysis London Salary 40k
Exceptional candidates to deliver customised analyses to companies. The role will provide a point of contact for clients and prospects to answer day-to-day queries. Train clients to use products and reporting policies and methodologies. Analyse online consumer behaviour to support client business issues and prepare findings and recommendations. Provide sales support including feasibility reviews, sample analyses and deliverables and client data validations increasing the utilisation of research data in consumer behaviour by European clients.
Degree in Marketing, Business or Quantitative field, 2 or more years experience that analytical in nature e.g syndicated data or custom research is important. Experience in Internet marketing or in analysing customer interactions on the web would be ideal as would experience in determining customer requirements. Excellent communication and presentation skills and an ability to analyse large information sets, good problem solving skills and ability to work within strict deadlines all essential. An interest to work in a technology-based start up environment desirable. Multi-lingual would be advantageous.
